It is a great day to get better at Taylor's

At Taylor's, we are continuously striving to invest in our team members, key leaders and store managers. We have committed over the last few months to have our key leadership team visit each store to offer support, feedback, and we have a little fun as well. In addition to weekly visits to each satellite location, this is a designated time to connect as a company.

We visit our stores frequently, usually at least once a month. During these visits, we like to spend time with our team outside, learning about the success stories of the business, difficulties encountered, and how we might all succeed together. It's critical for them to realize we appreciate them and that they are more than simply an email or phone number. We want them to understand how highly valued they are!
